Give Mumbai a break

Okay. I have had it. Really. I mean I am so pissed it's made me post after almost three months.

There are a few things that moronic journalists who aren't from Mumbai, should really understand.

The city is overpopulated. DUH! But that is not the only reason we are flooded.

Mumbai is an island. YES, you freaking geniuses.... we are detached from the mainland. Wish you would realise that.

Besides, it is not the government's fault. There is not much they can do, if people decide to flock to this city and then criticise it, then it's not their fault. And if someone so much as suggests that we should stop people from filtering to the city... Their &^%*ing mouths open up ready to suck some more d*&k.

I mean really. Get a life.... Mumbai has always been flooding. YES. Milan Subway also. ITS CALLED A SUBWAY. Understand that the BEST and everyone else changes their routes from July to August, every year.

There is something called the tide, which you studied in school, remember?

Yes, that is what controls the draining of Mumbai... not the CM or the BMC.

Get real. Stop asking people walking on the Central Railway (Mumbaikars are probably laughing their asses off now) whether they expected this. CENTRAL LINE. Man.... you guys really are stupid.

Get a life... stop causing a panic in Mumbai. PLEASE.

Also, isn't the Mumbai rain really professional? I mean it rains awful only on weekends... Mumbaikars, you will know... :)

ha. the problem is nev, that the newswallahs are busy shouting into their microphones at each other. not that they have gone batty - but breaking news does have its share of TRPs. and no one knows it better than the sinking cartel of news channels.

Thankfully Mumbai is still a part of a democratic country so it cannot ban migrants.

And Lacroix is pronounced lacrwa not lacraw.

True. Actually, yes I did get the spelling of the pronunciation wrong.
